All POP items are made to order therefore returns and refunds are not possible on incorrect sizes or colours chosen.  In the event of a manufacturing fault with the garment, please get in touch with us immediately via email and we will endevour to do our best to fix the problem.

Depending on the size and weight of your order, it will either be mailed to you via Royal Mail or DPD.  We try keep costs and carbon footprints to a minimum where we can.  Rest assured that your packaging is eco-friendly and fully biodegradable.
